Our Operations
From geological surveying to mineral processing — integrated capabilities across the full hard-rock mining value chain.
Geological Surveying & Exploration
Systematic geochemical sampling, induced polarization (IP) geophysical surveys, and core diamond drilling programs to outline precise resource estimates. Our exploration teams work across the Central Mineral Belt, Kayah State, and Tanintharyi Region targeting tin-tungsten, copper, and lead-zinc deposits.
- Geochemical soil and rock sampling
- Induced polarization (IP) geophysical surveys
- Core diamond drilling programs
- Resource estimation and geological modelling
- Concession mapping and boundary management
- FPIC community consultation prior to expansion
Hard-Rock Extraction
Open-pit and underground shaft mining operations targeting vein-hosted tin-tungsten ores in Kayah State and volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) copper-porphyry deposits in Shan State. All underground operations use mandatory air filtration, dust monitoring, and strict PPE protocols, with full stop-work authority for all site personnel.
- Open-pit mining operations
- Underground shaft mining
- Alluvial hard-rock extraction
- Drill-and-blast engineering
- Site safety management and stop-work authority
- Heavy equipment operation and maintenance
Mineral Processing
On-site gravity separation and flotation circuits for tin-tungsten concentrates and applicable base-metal ores. Our Southern Logistics Hub in Tanintharyi Region provides processing and staging access for heavy mineral sands and tin concentrate shipments heading to domestic and regional ports.
- Gravity separation circuits
- Flotation processing for base metals
- Tin and tungsten concentrate production
- Closed-loop water recycling systems
- Tailings Management Facility (TMF) operation
- Logistics and port staging (Tanintharyi)
ESG & Environmental Management
Environmental stewardship is embedded in every stage of our operations. We operate zero-discharge water systems, progressive land reclamation programs, and GISTM-aligned tailings facilities. Our social responsibility framework ensures 70% local employment, FPIC consultations, and full OECD conflict-free supply chain documentation.
- Zero-discharge closed-loop water management
- GISTM-aligned tailings facility management
- Progressive land reclamation and re-vegetation
- OECD conflict-free chain of custody documentation
- Annual audited ESG performance reporting
- Community development and FPIC programs
